Deep Venous Arterialisation
摘要
Deep venous arterialisation (DVA) is a vascular procedure performed in patients who present with chronic limb-threatening ischaemia (CLTI) with no other treatment options. This chapter explores the origins and various forms of DVA (open surgical versus endovascular). It also aims to collate current evidence and present an up-to-date summary on the indications, patient selection, procedural technique, post-procedural care and complications with regard to DVA.
