Defect-Influenced Modeling of Photophysics in Lead-Based Hybrid and All-Inorganic Perovskites
摘要
This chapter presents an investigation into the optoelectronic characteristics of pure and mixed-halide perovskites. The study delves into the absorption, carrier recombination, and emission quantum yields of these materials, examining their behavior under varying excitation intensities. Halide composition-dependent rate constants and quantum yields are summarized, and photogenerated carrier recombination dynamics are also explored. The analysis extends to the photocarrier behavior of these perovskites under different intensities, including predictions regarding dominant recombination processes.
