The dewatering process of sludge thickening + chemical conditioning + mechanical pressing has certain advantages over the traditional dewatering technology in energy consumption, degree of automation, water content of dewatered sludge, environmental friendliness, etc. The technology can dewater municipal sewage sludge and industrial wastewater sludge, and after the sludge is dewatered, the solid content of sludge can reach 60%, which meets the requirements for landfill sludge in The Disposal of Sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants—Quality of Sludge for Co-landfilling (GB/T23485-2009). The intensified dewatering system with a filter press has a good application prospect in sludge treatment.
