Purification of Printing and Dyeing Factory Wastewater by LDH@GO-SH

Taking printing and dyeing factory wastewater as research object, the removal effects of Cu and dyes by LDH@GO-SH were studied. The results showed that LDH@GO-SH exhibited a pleasant pollutants removal performance. In the pH range of 3–6, the removal rate of Cu was higher than 95%. The adsorption kinetics followed better with pseudo-second-order model. The adsorption capacities of Cu increased with the increase of temperature. LDH@GO-SH also showed good removal abilities for dyes in the wastewater, the main chromophoric groups were adsorbed. LDH@GO-SH could be regenerated by Na2EDTA and reused for 3 times with a high removal efficiency for copper.
