Feasibility Test Study on Increasing Ore Processing Capacity Without Transformation in a Gold Concentrator
摘要
A gold concentrator has a full capacity of 14000 t/d, the grade of raw ore is 1.5 g/t, the grade of tailings is 0.12 g/t, and the total recovery rate is about 92.4%. In order to explore whether the production capacity can continue to be improved without any change to the process system, and ensure that the flotation recovery rate does not decline, the grinding flotation test research was carried out by collecting on-site production ore samples. The test data shows that with the increase of grinding amount, the grinding fineness decreases significantly, and the flotation recovery rate decreases from 95.16 to 93.38%. Based on the analysis of field production data, it is not feasible to forcibly increase ore processing capacity under the existing production conditions.
