Land Suitability Evaluation of Small and Medium-Sized Cities Based on “Ecological Production Living Space”: A Case Study of Gutian County, Ningde City, Fujian Province
摘要
In China, there are a large number of small and medium-sized cities. To promote the urbanization process in a scientific and balanced way, more attention should be paid to the planning and construction of small and medium-sized cities. After the dual evaluation system of national land space has gradually taken shape, the evaluation of the suitability of the concept of three-life space as functional zoning has gradually become a hot spot in the field of land use research. Taking Gutian County New District as an example, this paper adopts GIS spatial superposition analysis method with multiple index factors, determines the weight of each index based on improved analytic hierarchy process, and establishes an evaluation system suitable for small-scale cities. The results show that the area suitable for ecological space construction is the largest, reaching 5.50 km2, the area suitable for production space construction is abundant in land resources, reaching 3.05 km2, and the area suitable for living space construction is small, only 1.34 km2. In the process of urban planning and construction in Gutian County, it is necessary to pay attention to the transformation of living space, continue to maintain the ecological space land, and optimize the layout of production space.
