A Preliminary Study on the Marketization of Rural Ecological Product Value Under EOD Mode

Ecological environment oriented development (EOD) mode, as an important part of the market-oriented path to realize the value of rural ecological products, has gradually moved from theoretical research to pilot practice. Through EOD mode, the investment of rural industrial development projects in rural ecological environment treatment projects can be fed back, and the overall income of the project and financing can be balanced. Based on the research of current national pilot projects, the paper summarizes the implementation points of promoting the realization of rural ecological product value under the EOD mode, and discusses the marketization path of effective integration of rural ecological environment governance and related industrial development projects from the aspects of industrial development planning and implementation mode design in combination with the case of Mount Emei EOD. It is suggested that with the continuous promotion of EOD mode pilot, the research on theory and method and the practice of market-oriented operation mechanism should be further strengthened to explore and establish a new mode and mechanism of market-oriented transformation of ecological product value from “project end—mode end—capital end—operation end”.
