摘要

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an important area of China's economic construction, the transformation of energy structure and low-carbon development of urban residents is essential. By collecting statistical yearbooks and related literature data, to study the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the urban residential household sector in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area from 2011 to 2020, explores the energy consumption and its structure in the urban residential sector in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, and provides a reference for the formulation of low-carbon energy consumption policies. The study found that the use of coal in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows a year-on-year decline, while the use of natural gas, heat, electricity and other energy sources is gradually rising. In addition, carbon emissions are on a year-on-year trend in all three regions, and are highest in Hebei, which has the largest use of coal. The study also found that as disposable income per capita increased, coal use declined and shifted to environmentally friendly energy sources such as natural gas, heat, and electricity. This research can be used to predict the transformation mode of energy structure and energy consumption in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by simulating the future changes of per capita disposable income, and providing suggestions for the formulation of low-carbon policies and energy transition paths.
