Demonstration Study on Removal Technology of Hydrogen Sulfide Acid Mist in Electrolytic Manganese Enterprise
摘要
The main pollution source of waste gas from electrolytic manganese production line is leaching workshop, acid fog, ammonia fog and hydrogen sulfide gas produced in the production process. In this project, the existing manganese ore in Pingwu manganese mine is used as the absorption and oxidant of hydrogen sulfide to realize the simultaneous removal of hydrogen sulfide, acid fog, ammonia fog and dust. The treated waste gas enters the refining tower and is adsorbed by the professional room temperature ferric oxide desulfurizer to remove the waste gas, thus achieving high efficiency and low emission. After this process, the exhaust gas can meet the second class standard of comprehensive emission standard of air pollutants (GB16297-1996) and the content of hydrogen sulfide in the flue gas can meet the requirements of emission standard of odor pollutants (GB14554-1993). Furthermore, the process synchronously realizes the removal of hydrogen sulfide and the leaching of manganese, thus reducing the input of auxiliary equipment, improving the smelting and environmental protection technology level, and increasing the comprehensive utilization rate of low-grade ore and high-sulfur ore. The success of such combined technology of adsorption and oxidation will be beneficial to the sustainable development of the electrolytic manganese enterprise.
