In the implementation of the goal of carbon peaking carbon neutrality and the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body, carbon market and energy transformation as an important part of mechanism optimization will play an important role. At present, the national carbon market has been online trading, and the low-carbon transformation of energy as the core of the energy industry reform is accelerating. “Carbon and energy” are closely linked and interact with each other. This study starts from the main body affecting carbon market and energy low carbon transition, introduces the progress of the construction of Chinese carbon market and energy low carbon transition, focuses on the analysis of the influence of Chinese carbon market on the power spot market, based on the complex system theory, the agent, the multi-agent system, the multi-agent model, the self-learning of the agent theory and technology; The agent response equilibrium model is constructed, and the operation mechanism of the economic system based on the agent response equilibrium model (ARE) is proposed. The industry agent, market agent, government agent and bank agent are designed in detail, and the “carbon-energy” multi-agent simulation system is constructed.
