Study on Peak Shaving Range of a Gas—Steam Combined Cycle CHP Unit

摘要

Taking the gas-steam combined cycle heating unit of a power plant as the research object, the existing heating operation scheme of the unit was analyzed, and three new heating improvement schemes without adding large equipment were proposed in this paper. The EBSILON thermal system simulation software was used to simulate the peak range of each scheme under different heating loads, and the fuel utilization factor based on the first law of thermodynamics under different operating conditions was calculated and analyzed. The results show that scheme 3 has the largest feasible range of heating and power generation operation that is the maximum range of peak shaving, followed by Scheme 1, and Scheme 2, which are all larger than the existing heating scheme. About the Fuel utilization factor for each scheme, the fuel utilization factor is always higher when the heat supply is large and the power generation is small.
