Study on the Speed Correction of a Counter-Rotating Fan on Internal Flow and Noise Characteristics
摘要
In order to study the performance of a counter-rotating on the internal flow field and aerodynamic noise when the cyclone is operated at a specific working condition with variable speed, the fan is analyzed from different ways to find the method to correct the speed, and the fan is numerically simulated using large vortex simulation and FW-H acoustic model, and the results show that: the performance of the fan after the speed correction is improved, the efficient working range is expanded, the motor is protected, the reduction of flow field vortex intensity, optimize the vortex structure, and suppress the noise generation. The study provides theoretical reference to ensure the stable operation of the fan and fan design and selection.
