Study on Engineering Test Effect of Mud Treatment in Highway Tunnel
摘要
In order to study the separation performance of waste mud and muddy water and improve the separation efficiency of mud and muddy water, three coagulation methods, organic, inorganic and composite, are selected to compare the effects of flocculant types and dosage on the separation effect of mud and muddy water through indoor sedimentation column, particle size grading and other engineering test methods. The results show that organic and composite flocculants can effectively promote rapid mud water separation. The organic flocculants are in the order of conditioning effect as follows: APAM > PAM > ACPAM > CPAM > HCA. The mud water separation effect is the best when the density of anionic polyacrylamide is appropriate, and the mass fraction of water in the separated mud is less than 76.8%; The separation effect of inorganic flocculant is relatively poor; The combined addition of ferric chloride and anionic polyacrylamide can improve the mud conditioning effect, effectively play the role of electric neutralization and net trap sweep of flocculant; The flocculating agent causes obvious aggregation of mud particles through adsorption bridging, that is, the fine particles decrease and the agglomerated coarse particles increase. The study provides data support and theoretical basis for rapid mud water separation technology.
