Structure of Movable Dust-Proof Workshop for High Altitude UHV GIS Field Installation

The plant environment plays a key role in the working efficiency and life cycle of equipment. It is used for environmental control and equipment hoisting during the connection of GIS main equipment and main bus to provide a fully enclosed environment for outdoor GIS equipment. In view of this, this paper proposes a mobile dust-proof workshop, which for the first time realizes the accurate control of the on-site installation environment of UHV GIS in high altitude areas, realizes the “factory installation” of 1100 kV GIS, and represents the development direction of “factory installation and indoor installation” of UHV GIS. It can be seen from the field data that the mobile dust-proof workshop installed at 1100 kV GIS high altitude can improve the installation efficiency, shorten the construction period, improve the docking accuracy, ensure the installation quality, and achieve good comprehensive economic benefits. In addition, the method in this paper can also be used in other scenarios.
