Research on the Application of GIS in the Post-control Detailed Planning Evaluation

In the operation system of modern urban planning, the evaluation research of planning implementation as an important and indispensable part runs through the whole process of urban planning. Taking part of Changning District of Shanghai as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the status quo of land use and the intensity of land bearing construction based on GIS technology in view of the implementation of detailed control planning, and studies the compatibility between the status quo of land use and planning, which is of great significance for further research on improving the efficiency of land structure in Shanghai.
