Analysis of Heating Scheme of Mineral Insulated Cable Tubing-Casing Annular in Ultra-Deep Heavy Oil Well

摘要

When mineral insulated cables heat a heavy oil well, the temperature in the well will be affected by the heating position. Based on the theory of heat transfer and energy conservation principle, the mathematical model of mineral insulated cable heating wellbore temperature distribution is established, and a mineral insulated cable heating scheme for ultra-deep heavy oil well with combined heating of tubing-casing annular is designed. The results show that the scheme is suitable for mechanical recovery wells and has good heating effect. As the heating length increases, the temperature of the heating well increases. But with the end of the heating section, the temperature in the well drops rapidly until the temperature rises along the temperature gradient after the temperature of the unheated fluid in the tubing. But the length of the heating section should not be too long, otherwise it will cause energy waste.
