Influence of the Deep Peak-Load Regulation of the Thermal Power Plant on Dissolved Oxygen in Condensate Water

Deep peak load regulation of large coal-fired units has recently become a common occurrence. The actual operation conditions of the thermal system are far from the design conditions during the period of deep peak load regulation, which has an effect on the safe operation of the units. Based on the operation of some units during the deep peak load regulation period, this paper focuses on the possible reasons for exceeding the standard of dissolved oxygen in condensate, and proposes a reasonable and effective control scheme based on the reasons, to serve as a reference for power supply plant staff in identifying and dealing with the problem of excessive dissolved oxygen in condensate.
