Research on Fine Prediction of Wellbore Pressure Field Under Fracturing Conditions

In the fracturing process of high pressure and high yield deep gas wells, the wellbore pressure field is complex and changeable, and the pipe string is prone to deformation, fracture and other operational accidents. Accurate prediction of wellbore pressure field is a prerequisite for string mechanical analysis and wellbore safety assessment. Therefore, in order to accurately predict the wellbore pressure field, considering the influence of fluid on pressure loss through fracturing tools, the internal flow channels of different fracturing tools are established, the simulation analysis of fracturing fluid flow in fracturing tools is carried out; Based on the stress of wellbore fluid, considering the influence of hydraulic friction and fracturing tool complex section surface on pressure loss, a refined prediction model of wellbore pressure field is established. After considering the pressure loss in the tool, the error between the measured value and the predicted value is reduced from 7.97 to 3.52%. The refined prediction model of wellbore pressure field greatly improves the prediction accuracy of wellbore pressure field. The research results have guiding significance for the refined prediction of gas well pressure field.
