Study on the Influence of Containers for Measuring the Content of Nitrogen Tetroxide Non-volatile Residue
摘要
The determination of non-volatile residue content is an important index in the quality detection of nitrogen tetroxide, and its content directly affects the quality of propellant. In view of the phenomenon that the crucible quality has been lost in the actual determination process of the non-volatile residue content of nitrogen tetroxide, experiments were carried out to test the non-volatile residue content of different laboratory containers, in order to explore the best container for the determination of non-volatile residue content. The experimental results show that: Compared with ceramic crucibles and platinum crucibles, glass beakers are more stable, and the measurement results are better parallel. The test data meet the requirements of relevant indexes, so the container of glass beaker is more suitable for the determination of non-volatile residue content.
