摘要

Oil in water emulsions were prepared by ultrasonic emulsification. The thermal conductivity of water in oil nano emulsion with different mass fraction was measured, and the phase transformation characteristics were studied by DSC measurement. The results showed that the thermal conductivity and latent heat of the oil in water emulsion with lower mass fraction increased and the supercooling degree decreased. Adding a small amount of carbon nanotubes can reduce the supercooling degree and increase the thermal conductivity and latent heat. With the increase of the mass fraction of carbon nanotubes, the supercooling degree will increase.
