Optimization of Conditions for Removing Turbidity of Wastewater by Flocculation and Sedimentation of Wine Residue
摘要
In order to explore the removal effect of microbial flocculation and sedimentation in wine residue on sewage turbidity. We used the streak plate method to ferment wine residue on a shaking table. After centrifugation and dilution, the bacterial suspension of wine residue was obtained. The bacterial suspension of wine residue was used as a coagulant. The effects of PH, the amount of bacterial suspension, and other factors on the turbidity removal rate of sewage were explored. The results showed that the best conditions for using wine residue as a coagulant aid were that the initial PH of wastewater was seven and the additional amount was 1 mL per liter of wastewater. Under the optimized conditions, the turbidity removal rate of sewage can reach 98.12%.
