Design and Construction of Real-Time Monitoring System for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Gas Boiler Based on Big Data Technology

摘要

In order to accomplish the task of energy saving and emission reduction in industrial production, realize efficient energy-saving management and meet the requirements of national double-carbon work, this paper will take the gas boiler of cigarette factory as the research object, and use Hadoop framework, HDFS, Kafka and Flink real-time computing technology module under the big data technology system to build a comprehensive management and control service cluster of energy saving and emission reduction data. At the same time, the development of Web Server will be completed by combining JavaWeb application development framework, and the integration and encapsulation of various functional interfaces will be improved to form a real-time monitoring system for energy saving and emission reduction of gas boiler based on Web. The overall design scheme of the system will be deployed in layers according to MVC mode, which supports users’ online operating system to complete online monitoring and real-time monitoring of energy saving and emission reduction data, and display and analysis with the help of Echarts data visualization tool, so as to realize the measurement, monitoring, control and management of energy saving and emission reduction of gas boilers, and help the digital and intelligent reform of the overall operation mode of enterprises.
