Study on Decision—Making Method of Single Product Maintenance Considering Maintenance Deterioration Effect

In the use of the product, it is generally believed that maintenance can restore the functional status of the product, but often overlooked maintenance deterioration effect. By the maintenance of the environment, maintenance personnel, maintenance equipment and other factors, maintenance deterioration effect in the maintenance process, although the occurrence of small, but it is an objective reality. In this paper, the single part of the product as the research object. First, the phenomenon of maintenance deterioration effect and the factors leading to the deterioration effect are analyzed, and a quantitative description of the maintenance deterioration effect is established. Then, build a model of maintenance deterioration effects. Finally, through an example, the maintenance effect model considering the maintenance deterioration effect is applied to the maintenance decision. Through the study found that the deterioration of the maintenance effect will affect the reliability of the product after the maintenance level, consider the maintenance of deterioration in the maintenance decision-making process will have a certain impact on decision-making.
