摘要

The vapour adsorption cooling systems are emerging as potential systems for the refrigeration and airconditioning. The genesis of today’s technology in vapour adsorption cooling systems was the work reported by a German Physicist, Henrich Kayser in 1880. The basic principle, working of different vapour adsorption cooling (VAD) systems etc. are described in this chapter.
