Developing a Projection Approach to DSL Development

This chapter proposes the author’s solution to the problem posed in Chap. 2 of developing a generalized model of DSL evolution through cross-model transformations. In this case, we are talking about a chain of interrelated transformations, starting from the ontological DSM and ending with a model of a concrete DSL syntax. The generalized mathematical model, corresponding algorithms, and software tools are collectively referred to as the projection approach to DSL development.
