To begin with, we present the prerequisites for this study, i.e. its scientific and practical background. Such an initial immersion in the subject of the study will allow a more complete presentation of the concepts described in the future, as well as compose a single conceptual apparatus. We also specify the context of the study and its main goals and research methods.
