Healing the Negative Consequences of Working from Home During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Strategies for Employee Well-Being and Productivity
摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic has precipitated a rapid and pervasive shift towards remote work, upending traditional work arrangements and introducing new employee challenges. While working from home provides employees flexibility and security, it also negatively affects their health and productivity. This paper examines the numerous negative effects of remote work and proposes strategies for reversing and mitigating their effects on employees. By understanding these obstacles and instituting effective interventions, organisations can support the health and productivity of their employees during and after the pandemic.
