Other Monogenetic Stroke Disorders
摘要
While most stroke is age-related, there is an increasing recognition of monogenic stroke that is aetiologically accounted for by single genes that are transmitted in a predictable Mendelian inheritance pattern. We review those genes and allow the reader to be armed with the means of clinically identifying those disorders.
