Stroke Genetics in China
摘要
Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide, and the commonest cause of death in the China. Stroke describes a clinical syndrome which can be caused by a number of different pathologies and a large number of rare monogenic disorders can cause stroke. Genetic factors might also interact with environmental factors or contribute directly to an intermediate phenotype. Herein, we provide a short review on the issues of race and genetics of stroke in China.
