These various and rare lesions are often hypoechoic, attenuating and heterogeneous, with possible hemorrhagic rearrangements, and firm, with blurred or ill-defined contours and bumpy boundaries. On Doppler, they are often fairly to very vascularized with usually a high resistive index > 0.70 except for lymphoid lesions, for which the resistive index is low, < 0.70.
