Tools for Stimulating Labor Efficiency in a Digital Environment

The chapter highlights the problems of the transition of domestic enterprises to the digital environment. It is determined that the main factors of the problems are high risks and the lack of analog solutions, insufficient technical equipment, and low qualifications of employees. To improve skills, it is necessary to create an effective incentive system. The insufficient effectiveness of the existing incentive systems for modern workers is considered one of the urgent problems of enterprises in the context of digital transformation. As a way out of this situation, it is proposed to rely on compliance with the principles of effective incentives and the introduction of flexible forms of incentives. In particular, the expediency of using grading is justified.
