Basic Sequential Circuits

In the last chapter, we have discussed different combinational circuits and their implementation. But no digital system purely contains the combinational circuits. In case of sequential circuits, output is not only a function of the present input but also depends on the output past history. Sequential circuits are sometimes called as time dependent circuits as outputs are updated according to a timed event.
