The composition of interprofessional teams is dependent on patients’ diagnoses and unique care needs. This chapter introduces the contributions of prosthetists and orthotists, pharmacists, and dieticians. The important role of durable medical equipment in home healthcare settings is also discussed. The case study on Jeralean is also referenced by the interprofessional team members.
