Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men after non-melanoma skin neoplasms. Two of the most common treatments with curative intent are radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy. These therapies could produce several side effects in the sexual and urinary aspects, such as urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction. Aiming to avoid or reduce these effects, many technique improvements have been developed. In addition, there is a wide range of treatments available for these side effects, including conservative and surgical options. In this chapter, we focus on urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction produced by radical prostatectomy and different modalities of radiotherapy, treatment options, and results.
