The Intersection of Cancer and Disability: A Multidisciplinary Approach

Cancer, a pervasive global health issue, often results in long-term disabilities that significantly impact survivors’ lives. This chapter explores the intersection of cancer and disability through a multidisciplinary lens, integrating medical, psychological, social, and legal perspectives to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with cancer-related disabilities.
