Scleroderma Renal Crisis: A Case Study
摘要
Scleroderma renal crisis is a life-threatening complication of systemic sclerosis. Presentation and immediate management is exemplified in this case report that highlights the practical approaches to achieving blood pressure control and a satisfactory outcome despite need for renal replacement therapy. The diagnosis should be considered whenever significant new onset hypertension or acute kidney injury occur in the context of a diagnosis of systemic sclerosis.
