Evaluation and Management of Skin Disease
摘要
This chapter will review details on skin-directed evaluation and management in systemic sclerosis (SSc) and localized scleroderma (or morphea) not covered in previous chapters. The focus will be on skin-associated problems such as lipodystrophy, dry skin, pruritus, telangiectasias, pigmentation changes, nail changes, orofacial manifestations, and ulcerations associated with scleroderma. Additionally available options for phototherapy, topical or systemic therapies will be discussed.
