Heart Failure and Tachydysrhythmia

This case will review the management of a CHF exacerbation, decompensated heart failure secondary to a dysrhythmia, and a myocardial infarction. The case begins as an interfacility transfer with decompensation during transport. Providers will demonstrate correct BLS techniques and knowledge about local resources and policies, and ALS care and application of the ACLS algorithms in accordance to their scope of practice. CCT providers should demonstrate correct management of cardiogenic shock during transport.
