Embryology-Anorectal
摘要
The primitive hindgut and the allantois terminate as the cloaca. The cloaca is divided by the urorectal septum into the ventral urogenital sinus and the dorsal anorectum. The boundary between the cloaca and ectoderm is the cloacal membrane. The proctodeum (anal pit) develops inferior to the posterior cloacal membrane (the anal membrane). Rupture of the anal membrane creates the anal opening. The pectinate (dentate line) is located at the former site of the anal membrane.
