Lisfranc Fracture Failed Fixation
摘要
This is a case of a 46-year-old diabetic who sustained a Lisfranc fracture dislocation. He was initially treated with an open reduction and internal fixation but had persistent pain even status post subsequent hardware removal. He eventually failed his fixation as a result of nonanatomic reduction and was revised to a midfoot fusion which he tolerated well and saw relief of his pain.
