Bimalleolar Ankle Failed Fixation

Failed lateral malleolus ankle fractures are fortunately an uncommon problem. Therefore, salvage procedures are rarely necessary. Several techniques, along with the necessary equipment, are described to aid in the restoration of length along the lateral column, which will allow reduction of the ankle mortise. Fixation constructs will also be discussed.
