Lower Blepharoplasty: Transcutaneous Approach
摘要
Modern blepharoplasty should address all lower eyelid concerns and changes on an individualized basis: volume loss, excess skin, tissue laxity and skin pigmentation. Restoring the palpebro-malar junction has become the primary goal of modern lower blepharoplasty because it achieves the natural, youthful result that all patients are looking for. In this chapter we discuss what we consider important regarding indications, patient selection and surgical techniques for lower blepharoplasty. We also focus on potential complications, but more importantly on how to avoid them.
