Conclusions

This book can be useful, of little use, or useless. It may be of little use for the sonographer, who is interested in prenatal ultrasound because the text deals with an extensive, important, and necessary topic for the carrying out of his diagnostic work that was presented in a very summary way. However, I felt that this approach is the best for trying to improve knowledge in a difficult field even for those who, like me, have been doing this job for over 40 years.
