摘要

The anomalies of the thoracic cage are represented by malformations of the morphology and of the bone structures contained therein, as well as by a reduced biometry. The main anomalies of the scapula are represented by congenital high scapula, snapping scapula syndrome, and hypoplasia of the scapula. The clavicle deformities are represented by aplasia-hypoplasia of the clavicle, sternoclavicular dislocations, coracoclavicular joint, costoclavicular joint, and congenital perforated clavicle. The message is this: by studying the thorax, a longitudinal scan of the fetal trunk must be performed, and if a step is observed at the passage between the thorax and the abdomen, one must immediately question the existence of a narrow chest or hepatomegaly. Another important message is to observe that the ilium is present and observe, in case of absence of the ilium, that there are no anomalies of the lower limbs on the affected side, which are almost constant.
