It is possible to study the skeleton at the end of the first trimester. During the scan for the evaluation of Nuchal translucency indeed, it is necessary to see the acromelic, mesomelic, and rhizomelic segments of the upper and lower limbs. In the second trimester, the skeletal evaluation is more complex with a biometric and morphological study interesting the bones, the spine, the skull, and the face. Yet in third trimester, is made an evaluation biometrical and morphological of skull and bones for the evolutive syndromes. In all these diseases, the fundamental sign is arthrogryposis, and it is therefore useful to describe in summary what an arthrogryposis is before reviewing the most common syndromes that present this sign
