Dysmorphic Syndromes with Association of Progeria and Skeletal Malformations
摘要
Some malformative syndromes characterized by a premature senescence have statural retardation and other anomalies of the skeleton and internal organs. The most common syndromes with these characters are leprechaunism, Hutchinson-Gilford progeria, and Cockayne syndrome. These diseases are very rare and usually the only prenatal sign is intrauterine growth restriction and short stature.
