Dysmorphic Syndromes with Renal and Skeletal Anomalies

The syndromes belong to this group in which the association between anomalies of the urinary system and anomalies of the skeletal system is constant. The main ones are acro-renal syndrome, acro-reno-ocular syndrome, and cone-renal syndrome. The message that derives is indeed very nebulous as it is easier to recognize a skeletal defect in the prenatal period than a renal defect, which is very nonspecific. Therefore, the prenatal diagnosis of these anomalies remains nearly impossible.
