Light-Field Imaging with Patterned Illumination
摘要
Conventional light-field microscopy typically suffers low resolution because it trades lateral resolution for axial extent. Employing patterned illumination in light-field imaging can improve the resolution and contrast. This chapter overviews three high-resolution light-field systems that utilize patterned illumination, including speckle illumination, HiLo structured illumination, and super-resolution structured illumination. The chapter introduces the principle, configuration, and application of each system, and also envisions the future development of structured illumination light-field imaging systems.
