IVaS (How to Apply IVaS Technique for Lymphatic Surgery)
摘要
The intravascular stenting method greatly facilitates anastomosis of vessels less than 0.5 cm in diameter. We report the application of the intravascular stenting method to perform lymphaticovenous anastomoses for the treatment of extremity lymphedema. Intravascular Stenting method (IVaS method) The insertion of nylon monofilaments into small vessels has overcome the problem that the back wall is inadvertently caught during anastomosis of small vessels. The advantages of IVaS are as follows: The IVaS method can assure safe and accurate anastomosis and will contribute to further advances in supermicrosurgery.
