Lymphorrhea
摘要
Lymphorrhea is a devastating condition where persistent lymphatic leakage is noted from the lymphedematous limbs and is frequently associated with recurrent infections. The combination of lymphorrhea and infection has made it extremely difficult to treat; therefore, lymphorrhea is considered to be one of the most severe forms of lymphedema. Both conservative and surgical treatments have been proposed but without much success. In this chapter, we will share our experiences with the use of supermicrosurgical lymphaticovenous anastomosis (LVA) for treating lymphorrhea.
